I recently received this email from the wonderful folks at Xoom. Apparently, I am still on their emailing list, although they banned me. Go figure. I am tempted to go back and give 'em a shot - not. Incidentally, someone attempted to send money to me, oh, a couple of months back. They had not contacted me ahead of time to let me know how they were going to send the funds. Anyway, Xoom placed my full name on their little "blocked clients" list, so the transfer did not go through.
